Easy Eddie and Robbie Dolan cruised down the line to win the lucky last at our home track on Saturday. Robbie and Pride Racing have been a winning combo in the last race the past few Saturday's and this Saturday was no different.

With the good weather throughout the day we seen the track improve from a heavy 8 to a soft 7 which was ideal for us. We were drawn out a touch in barrier 8 but with his good barrier speed Easy Eddie secured a position third just off the leader.

Before the turn Robbie asked Easy Eddie to get rolling and by the top of the straight the pair had shown a great turn of foot and were storming home for the finish line.

We had a big group of owners on the day and you could hear them roar when we crossed the finish line a neck in front.

It was a great start to the Christmas period and the son of Super Easy is proving to be an excellent buy from the Inglis Permier sale. Joe was delighted to purchase him for $55k in Melbourne as he has now earned over $286,000 in prize money.

Congratulations to his owners Mr A J Rix, Ungar Family, BBSD, Mr N J Pinner, Mr G Haddad, Mr P A Dowsey, Mr C Assaf.
