Royal Witness and Rachel King teamed up to secure our first win of the season yesterday. Royal Witness had his first run for Pride Racing two weeks ago at Gosford when he ran a slashing 2nd. The 1000m race at Hawkesbury looked ideal for the gelding second up.

Royal Witness flew the lids and landed in the lead one off the rail with the Moore trained Line Up Girls on his outside. Rachel King got going at the top of the straight and Royal Witness battled down to the winning post to win by 2L.

It was great to get another winner for Tricolours and we are looking forward to many more successes this year. James Moss started Tricolours just over 18 months ago and since his commencement as a syndicator he has built a strong team of horses which includes our dual Group winner PECANS.

The syndication have enjoyed success with Ticked and now Royal Witness a horse who only recently joined the stable as a maiden.

The 2018 yearling purchases have just turned two and we have had a number of them through our system already, all of which have matured nicely since the sales. If you would like to know more about Tricolours and what they have on offer look no further than this boy by Hinchinbrook.

Hinchinbrook, the son of Fastnet Rock and half brother to Snitzel, is one of the hottest sires in Australia. This colt is the first foal out of Redhandedjill, a very handy lightly raced mare who won 4 times, including a Saturday race at Rosehill. She is a half sister to the G3 winner Into The Red, who won 5 times over 1000m-1200m, including several stakes races. This colt is also from the family of Champion HK miler Beauty Flash, and Champion NZ 2 year old Maroofity.
