The son of Duporth made it three from three at Goulburn on Thursday. Jockey Jeff Penza was booked for the ride as he already had a good association with the gelding when securing his second win in his previous prep.

Discussions lined up in the GOULBURN CLASS 3 HANDICAP over 1200m with two strong trials under his belt and looked to be well placed in this assignment. He jumped from barrier 4 and secured a position third on the rail. MAKAHU BOY and ALL IN RHYTHM led with a hot tempo up front while Jeff Penza sat patiently waiting for day light.

As they rolled around the bend Discussions moved up to join the leaders and by the 200m Discussions was a head in front. Jeff Penza got busy down the straight and Discussions knuckled down to the line to win by just under a length.

BK Racing purchased Discussions from the Magic Million yearling sale in 2016 from the Twin Palms Stud draft and they are looking forward to bringing him into town for a mid-week race at his home track next start!

Congratulations to BK Racing and their Racing Manager Ben Vassallo and we look forward to his fourth win.
